As part of its ongoing commitment to improving customer services, Carl Kammerling International, a major supplier of hand tools and security solutions to industrial and consumer markets, has recently completed its latest customer satisfaction survey and is delighted to announce the company has exceed customers’ expectations.

From the latest survey customers were reported to be extremely satisfied with both the products and service provided by Carl Kammerling International, providing further testimony to the company’s dedication and commitment to continuous development.

Home to the C.K tools, Avit and Kasp brands, Carl Kammerling International undertakes annual surveys amongst its wide customer base to ensure that it is meeting customers’ needs and expectations, as well as to establish if and where improvements can be made. Customers are asked to rate the company on all aspects from sales and customer service teams’ knowledge and helpfulness, to stock availability, delivery accuracy, punctuality, condition of goods and documentation, such as delivery notes, invoices and statements.

In addition to rating the company, customers are also asked to rank aspects of customer service in terms of importance from 'not important' to 'extremely important'. This, in turn, enables Carl Kammerling International to prioritise the aspects of greatest importance to its customer base. In fact, in this latest survey, the four categories cited by customers as of greatest importance; Condition of Goods Received, Goods Delivered Accurately, Goods Delivered on Time and Stock Availability, were the very same four categories the company’s customers reported to be exceptionally happy with.

Despite customers reporting complete satisfaction across all levels of customer service, Carl Kammerling International is still determined to continue to improve its service and continually raise its standards using vital feedback from its customers.

Customers from a wide selection of the Company's customer base took part in the survey, including builders merchants, DIY/ hardware stockists, electrical wholesalers, locksmiths, plumbers merchants, timber merchants, security stockists, fixing and fastening stockists and engineers merchants – amongst others. This broad spectrum provides Carl Kammerling International with a very clear indication of the general feeling of its customer base, enabling the company to continue to develop and improve its customer service offering across all business areas.
