Carl Kammerling International - major supplier of quality tools for professional trades - has secured a contract with one of Europe’s leading DIY department stores, Praktiker Bau & Heimwerkermaerkte Holding AG, to supply a selection of its groundbreaking C.K Tool Systems across 96 of Praktiker’s German branches.
This poignant collaboration sees Carl Kammerling reaffirming its German heritage, as the eponymous company was founded in Germany in 1904.
The move to stock a selection of the 25-strong range of innovative C.K tools vests, belts, bags, totes and more recently knee pads, follows previous success from a smaller line tested across 13 dedicated stores within one of Europe’s leading DIY multiples. These positive sales meant C.K tools was the clear brand of choice due to its high quality products, outstanding service, unparalleled marketing, retail support and keen prices.
With exceptional customer service as standard, Carl Kammerling not only presented a tailored package to Praktiker Group, including the best selling Technician’s Tools Case, Rucksack, the Electrician’s pouch, mobile phone holder, belts and other popular accessories, but also developed three POS concepts to satisfy the individual requirements of the German Praktiker stores. These included striking and informative freestanding units, gondola end units and wall displays. And thanks to Carl Kammerling’s second-to-none service, all products were delivered directly to each store within 3 days.
