A number of distinct differentiators have created a screwdriver totally in tune with the demands of the busy tradesman. With both a VDE and a standard version available, the new dextro™ range is aimed at the electrical, automotive, engineering and technician sectors and has been exclusively designed for the work that they do. The predominance of machine screws, as opposed to wood screws, in these types of work demands fingertip control as opposed to large continuous torque and this has been one of the main drivers for the development of C.K tools’ new range.
As suggested by its name, the dextro™ range has been crafted purposely for the dexterity required in the nature of the work undertaken. The dextro™ and dextro™ VDE both feature a long, fine neck for ultimate fingertip control and an ergonomically-shaped smooth, round head allowing them to pivot easily and comfortably in the palm of the hand. The range also features Grip-Tip technology, where specially designed ribs positively engage with the screw slot to reduce the risk of Cam-out and slipping, making them ideal for fast and effective screw driving.
For easy identification the entire dextro™ range is colour coded with the tip type marked on the end of each handle. It is also the only screwdriver range optimised for machine screws in a sea of general purpose handles that offer nothing more than a compromise to the end user.
Individually tested to 10,000V to ensure complete safety, the C.K tools dextro™ VDE range benefits from VDE certification providing total peace of mind when working with electricity.
