Avit™ hand tools are guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for life.
Since you wouldn't expect this warranty to cover products that have been misused, abused, modified or accidentally damaged, it doesn't. Neither does it cover normal wear and tear.
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring within 30 days, you should return the tool to the Avit™ stockist from where it was purchased. After 30 days the product should be returned directly to us at the address opposite.
Any product, returned with the original receipt will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Postage is non refundable.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
