Since 2010, Nerrad Tools have created industry-led tools and equipment for plumbers and heating engineers. Originally founded by Darren Chalkly, a gas engineer and plumber for over 25 years, the company ethos has always been to create industry-driven tools based on the need for improvement and innovation within the market. Each item is developed from feedback and requirements of those working in the industry, all designed to make the job easier and enhance productivity. The result is a range of high-quality, ergonomic products that are made to last.
This approach to innovation and manufacture was identified by Carl Kammerling International (CKI), who saw a clear alignment of their companies’ core values. In 2014 their distribution partnership led to an expansion for both brands and in 2018, Carl Kammerling International acquired Nerrad in its entirety. CKI’s belief in quality, innovation and value has seen the Nerrad brand develop into new areas of the market, whilst maintaining and developing the ethos that the brand was founded on.
